We’re looking for a Director of Finance responsible for developing and directing the company’s analytical and financial plans and policies. They are the spokesperson for the organization and holds primary responsibility for the managements of finances including budget planning, cost allocation, long term scenario planning, cash flow forecasting, financial data analysis, and record-keeping for financial. Our Director of Finance will have proven analytical skills and be able to work collaboratively, successfully work with and leads teams, and fulfill strategic goals.

- Prepare monthly financial statements for the Executive Director and Finance Committee
- Partner cross-functionally and gain insight to leverage for financial decisions
- Improve efficiency related to billing, reporting, revenue recognition, payments, receivable, etc.

Qualifications

Possesses critical knowledge of federal and multiple state tax laws as well as basic accounting issues
- Able to identify risks as well as opportunities to develop financial models that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy
