We’re looking for a Director of Finance responsible for developing and directing the company’s analytical and financial plans and policies. They are the spokesperson for the organization and holds primary responsibility for the managements of finances including budget planning, cost allocation, long term scenario planning, cash flow forecasting, financial data analysis, and record-keeping for financial. Our Director of Finance will have proven analytical skills and be able to work collaboratively, successfully work with and leads teams, and fulfill strategic goals.

  • Drive and manage the financial initiatives to ensure timeliness, accuracy and usefulness of financial reporting 
  • Manage banking relationships and other high-end financial contacts.
  • Prepares timely and accurate analyses, summaries, and reports of financial data on the operating progress of the company
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain monthly report to ensure operational needs are met
  • Routinely review revenue cycle metrics to proactively identify and address issues affecting overall performance
  • Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Prepare monthly financial statements for the Executive Director and Finance Committee
  • Partner cross-functionally and gain insight to leverage for financial decisions
  • Improve efficiency related to billing, reporting, revenue recognition, payments, receivable, etc.

  • Data driven, with an ability to leverage business insights into actionable plans
  • Adept in fiscal management principles and processes including resource management and needs assessment
  • Partner with Chief Revenue Officer & Chief Executive Officer to establish and track revenue goals
  • Possesses critical knowledge of federal and multiple state tax laws as well as basic accounting issues

  • Able to identify risks as well as opportunities to develop financial models that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy
